These Terms of Service apply when you access or use Imagine X at https://imagine-x.org, create an account, submit prompts or files, generate outputs, or purchase credits or subscriptions.

By using Imagine X, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.
• Generation features may consume credits based on the selected model, duration, resolution, uploaded references, and other settings shown on Imagine X.
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.
• By purchasing, you authorize the selected payment method to be charged for the order, renewal, taxes, and applicable fees.

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, reference materials, generated outputs, and any use of those outputs. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and use the result.

You give Imagine X permission to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, modify, and display your content as needed to operate the service, provide generation features, maintain security, provide support, and enforce these Terms.

• Do not violate laws, payment rules, or another person's rights.
• Do not create, request, upload, edit, store, or distribute pornography, sexual content, sexualized nudity, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or any sexualized depiction of minors.
• Do not create hateful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, violent, self-harm, illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not impersonate others, mislead viewers about AI-generated content, infringe rights, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, attack, resell access, or bypass safety systems.

Imagine X is an independent AI generation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by xAI, Grok, X, or any model owner. Model names identify selectable generation options, search topics, or public market context discussed on this site.
